Royal Brush WATERCOLOR PENCIL. Pre-sharpened, assorted colors in 2 sizes to choose from. Glorious colors produce clean, smooth, vibrant lines that blend just like traditional colored pencils. Just add water and a brush to create beautiful watercolor effects. Draw on wet paper or dry colored areas to add detail, drama, and interest. The color is acid free with good fade resistance, and the lead sharpens easily with all standard pencil sharpeners. Pencils are pre-sharpened.
