Standard shipping will take the longest delivery time frame, but we offer expedited options during checkout.
If you require a guaranteed delivery date, choose either Priority Mail Express, UPS Next Day or 2nd Day Air. These options are guaranteed & would be at your expense.
All other shipping options are not guaranteed for specific delivery dates and are not refundable if the carrier does not deliver by a date requested.
We Care About Your Package!
Orders are carefully inspected and we aim to ensure a smooth process. We first pick & check each item on your packing slip. Then, after a final inspection, sign off.
In the event of any damages or missing items, it is important to do the following: Take a photo, save all packaging and contact us immediately so that we notify the carrier. If something is missing, you must notify us with 24 hours of carrier drop off. If you added Shipping Insurance see below.
Also, with Free Shipping, it is necessary that you make sure all Ship To information is correct. We are not responsible for any errors and any re-shipments will be at your cost. Our shipping program can only print the information you input and in some cases we will email you to verify when the program recognizes kicks back unverified information. Most times, missing information is the cause, so please double check.

Shipping Insurance
If you choose to add shipping insurance, we protect your package from damages, theft or loss in transit. Contact us if you do not receive your shipment. If damaged, contact us within 48 hours of receipt of delivery to file your claim. Save all packaging in case of carrier inspection. Photos may be required.
We do not guarantee any loss or theft if package is shown to be delivered by carrier. You will need to place a claim through the carrier if tracking shows "Delivered" and your package is missing.
