In the event of any damages or missing items, it is important to do the following: Take a photo, save all packaging and contact us immediately so that we notify the carrier. If something is missing, you must notify us with 24 hours of carrier drop off.
Also, with Free Shipping, it is necessary that you make sure all Ship To information is correct. We are not responsible for any errors and any re-shipments will be at your cost. Our shipping program can only print the information you input and in some cases we will email you to verify when the program recognizes kicks back unverified information.
