Sargent Art Watercolor Crayon Box. Assorted colors, water soluble. Available in two sets of bright colors, an 8 count and a 12 count.

  • 8 Count - includes the following colors: Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, Violet, Brown, and Black.
  • 12 Count - includes the following colors: Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, Violet, Brown, Black, Sky Blue, White, Magenta, and Peach. Brush included in 12 count box.
These watercolor crayons are a great way to add a watercolor effect. Crayons can be used dry, or can be used dry and when a wet brush is applied, the color drawn becomes like a watercolor paint. This can be brushed as a liquid watercolor paint directly on the surface you are working on. Sargent Art 8-Count Water soluble crayons are made for easy blending to achieve special effects. Color with any of these great crayons and then use a wet brush to achieve special effects. (Brush included with 12 count set).

Watercolor crayons give you the option of drawing with them in many ways: you can use them dry, or after using them dry you can apply a wet brush to your drawing to achieve a watercolor paint effect, or you can dip the crayon in some water and draw with it to have another way to achieve a watercolor effect.

You can also go back over the painting, after the water has dried, with a dry crayon to outline and add details.
